The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, AUG. 11

William L. Triplett, 59, of 222 Miskell Blvd., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about Aug. 6 by Cahokia police. Triplett allegedly, in committing a battery, and while Peggy Wood was at Moto Mart, located at 1117 Camp Jackson, Cahokia, a public place of accommodation, the said defendant knowingly made physical contact with Peggy Wood, in that he grabbed Peggy Wood by her neck and applied pressure.

Reginald L. Smith, 32, of 1682 N. 50th St., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery on or about July 30 by Washington Park police. Smith allegedly, in committing a domestic battery, knowingly caused bodily harm to Euresha Northington, a family/household member, in that said defendant punched Euresha Northington in the face with his fist, causing a nasal fracture.

Andrew K. Gilford, 22, of 4701 Bier St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery and two counts of aggravated battery on or about May 28 by Belleville police. Gilford allegedly, in committing a domestic battery, strangled Leana Nance, a family/household member, in that said defendant intentionally impeded the normal breathing of Leana Nance by applying pressure to her neck; knowingly made physical contact with Leana Nance, in that he dragged her, knowing her to be a pregnant person; and grabbed he by the hair knowing her to be a pregnant person.

Jeremi T. Crogier, 24, of 2933 Ohio Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence on or about Aug. 9 by Fairview Heights police. Crogier allegedly, drive a 2001 white Cadillac on Illinois Route 161 in Fairview Heights, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and had previously committed of Driving Under the Influence in Fairview Heights on May 14, in Fairbanks, Alaska on Aug. 6, 2013 and in Fairbanks, Alaska on March 28, 2012.

Sean P. Foley, 39, of 302 Meadowlark, Godfrey, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence on or about Aug. 9 by Lebanon police. Foley allegedly, drove a 2001 black Dodge Ram on Wentworth St. in Lebanon, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and the defendant had previously committed the offense of Driving under the Influence on April 11, 1999; on June 7, 1997 and Sept. 9, 1995 in St. Clair County.

Timothy B. Crum, 54, of 132 Bradford Place, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery on or about Aug. 8 by Belleville police. Crum allegedly, in committing a domestic battery, knowingly caused bodily harm to Mary A. Aldridge, a family/household member, in that said defendant punched her about the head and face repeatedly with his fist, thereby causing lacerations to her chin and inside of her mouth.

Mark M. Edmondson, 44, of 105 Hazel Ave., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving while license revoked, subsequent offense on or about July 26 by Smithton police. Edmondson allegedly, drove a 2002 white Dord E150 van on Illinois State Route 159 in St. Clair County, at a time when the defendant's driver's license was revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of Driving While License is Revoked on Oct. 18, 2007.

Eric L. Coleman, 21, of 763 N. 75th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery and two counts of domestic battery on or about Aug. 10 by Fairview Heights police. Coleman allegedly, in committing a domestic battery, strangled Destiny Crogier, a family/household member, in that said defendant intentionally impeded the normal breathing by applying pressure to her neck; struck her about her body with his hands; grabbed her by the hair.

Damon S. Natale, 26, of 115 Pam Court, Moscow Mills, Mo., arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about Aug. 10 by Sauget police. Natale allegedly, in committing a battery, and while defendant was at the parking lot of Pop's Saloon, located at 1043 Mississippi Ave., Sauget, a public way, knowingly made physical contact with Kristen Zinselmeier, in that he punched her in the face.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY SHERIFF

MONDAY, AUG. 11

Audrey F. Smith, 47, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Gary L. Watkins, 49, of St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by Swansea police.

Elsayed I. Mitchell-Hassan, 24, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Markeeshia N. Robinson, 25, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Arrone D. Weston, 47, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license and multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Timothy B. Crum, 54, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by Belleville police.

David L. Johnson, 30, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Edmond W. Malone, 24, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of possession of drug equipment, resisting, obstructing or disarming a peace officer and traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jeremy T. Bradley, 19, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by Cahokia police.

Tierra V. Hopkins, 29, of Alorton, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by St. Clair County sheriff.

Eric L. Coleman, 21, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery by Fairview Heights police.

Antwon L. Kemp, 28, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Nikita A. Berry, 39, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle and suspended or revoked driver's license by Swansea police.

Robert M. Oshea, 39, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender by Fairview Heights police.

Steven D. Armstead, 25, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Cedric D. Neal, 23, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Andrea L. Malone, 22, of Collinsville, two counts of driving under the influence, illegal transportation and three traffic accidents by Illinois State Police.
