ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

TUESDAY, AUG. 12

Yahnic S. Leemon, 24, of 7009 W. Main St., 26, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of theft on or abour June 9, 2013 by St. Clair County sheriff. Leemon allegedly, took property from Sigman Heating and Air Conditioning, located at 6200 Old St. Louis Road, Belleville, being air conditioning condensors, total value in excess of $500.

David D. Dearing, 52, of 1111 Holly Springs Trails, St. Peters, Mo., arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Aug. 11 by St. Clair County sheriff. Dearing allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 13

Trina A. Prater, 48, of 1 Helen Court, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a debit card on or about Aug. 3 by Shiloh police. Prater allegedly, with the intent to drfraud the issuer, National Bank, used a National Bank Visa debit card, which was without the cardholder's consent for th epurpose of obtaining goods, being U.S. currency, total value not in excess of $300.

David L. Adams III, 28, of 216 Venus Drive, Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and mob action on or about June 7 by Shiloh police. Adams allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly caused harm to James Simms, in that said defendant struck him multiple times about the head and body; by use of force and violence, disturbed the public peace in that he struck James Simms, thereby inflicting injury to James Simms.

Joshua C. Adams, 25, of 216 Venus Drive, Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and mob action, on or about June 7 by Shiloh police. Adams allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly caused harm to James Simms, in that said defendant struck him multiple times about the head and body; knowingly, by the use of force and violence, disturbed the public peace in that he struck James Simms, thereby inflicting injury to James Simms.

Ricardo R. Adams, 18, of 216 Venus Drive, Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and mob action, on or about June 7 by Shiloh police. Adams allegedly, in committing a battery knowingly caused harm to James Simms, in that said defendant struck him multiple times about the head and body; knowingly, by the use of force and violence, disturbed the public peace in that he struck James Simms, thereby inflicting injury to James Simms.

Allen J. Henry, 41, of 1635 N. 43rd St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery on or about July 24 by Washington Park police. Henry allegedly, in committing a battery, and while the defendant was in a vehicle on the 1600 block of Kingshighway in Washington Park, a public way, knowingly made contact with Sarah Henry, in that he struck her about the body with his fist; he hit her with said vehicle, causing her to fall upon the street.

Charles Robinson Jr., 50, of 3728 Converse, Alorton, arrested on suspicion of failure to report annually on or about March 22 by Cahokia police. Robinson allegedly, a sex offender, knowingly failed to renew registration in accordance with the provisions of the Sex Offender Registration Act, with the Chief of Police of Cahokia, within one year of last registration.

Shorian S. Harris, 24, of 1016 N. 16th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of theft from between Dec, 24, 2012 and April 28, 2013 by Cahokia police. Harris allegedly, took property of Schnuck's, 1615 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, being U.S. currency, total value in excess of $500.

Camra D. Crume, 22, of 219 Kinder, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of forgery on or abour June 5, 2013 by Cahokia police. Crume allegedly, with the intent to defraud, knowingly delivered to Regions Bank, located at 900 Upper Cahokia Road, Cahokia, a document apparently capable of defrauding another, in that it was purported to have been made by another, a representative of Center Point Terminal Co., a check, drawn on Regions Bank, payable to Bi-State Hauling in the amount of $1,424 and signed as drawer Camra Crume and other individual, knowing the document to have been thus made.

Jason D. Webb, 30, of 3603 McCasland, Alorton, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, reckless discharge of a firearm, aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer and driving while driver's license if revoked, subsequent on or about Aug. 9 by Cahokia police. Webb allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed on his person a handgun; endangered the safety of Landon Chairs in that while acting in a reckless manner, he discharged a firearm, a handgun, in close proximity to Landon Chairs, and in so doing placed Landon Chairs in reasonable apprehension of receiving a battery; while operating a motor vehicle, a maroon 2003 Mitsubishi Galant, was given a visual signal by a police officer, Tim Mueller of the Fairview Heights Police Department, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicel to be an offical police vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said maroon 2003 Mitsubishi Galant to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and that when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, the defendant disobeyed two or more official traffic control devices, being traffic control lights; drove a maroon 2003 Mitsubishi Galant on Illinois Route 50 in Fairview Heights, at a time when defendant's driver's license was revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of Vioaltion of Order of Protection, subsequent on March 1, 2007. Defendant had been previously convicted of Driving While License is Suspended on Sept. 20, 2012.

Corey A. Word, 36, of 4001 Autumn Oak Drive, Smithton, arrested on suspicion of theft from between Aug. 11 and Aug. 12 and unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Aug. 11 by Belleville police. Word allegedly, took property of Oliver C. Joseph GMC Buick, being four chrome GMC wheels and tires, total value in excess of $500; knowingly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Tiffany M. Brown, 28, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon and multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

William M. Strong, 38, of Centreville, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Devin L. Young, 26, of Grantie City, arrested on suspicion of fraud and multiple warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.
