The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, AUG. 18

Letray C. Ferguson, 20, of 481 Parkside Commons Court, Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of theft on or about Aug. 14 by Fairview Heights police. Ferguson allegedly, took property of Breann N. Butler, being $202 U.S. currency, having total value not exceeding $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft, on Feb. 4, 2013.

Alan Davis, 44, of 3807 Rear Walnut St., Alorton, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about April 20 by Alorton police. Davis allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly caused harm to Stanley E. Smith, in that said defendant punched him in the face.

Craig A. Ragland, 37, of 509 N. 43rd St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of arson on or about July 28 by Washington Park police. Ragland allegedly, by means of fire or explosive, knowingly damaged property of Fayshia Jones, being a vehicle, located at 2024 Kingshighway, Washington Park, without Fayshia Jones' consent.

Montez D. Little, 34, of 8 Monticello St., Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving on suspended license on or about Aug. 18 by Fairview Heights police. Little allegedly, drove a white 2003 Ford Explorer on Illinois Route 161 in Fairview Heights, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were supended.

Eric L. Taylor, 48, 514 Washington St., Brooklyn, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or abour Aug. 17 by Fairview Heights police. Taylor allegedly, took merchandisw from J.C. Penney, 245 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being 7 bottles of cologne, total retail value in excess of $300.

Brian Williams, 25, of 804 Countryview, St. Clair, Mo., arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or abour Aug. 16 by St. Clair County sheriff. Williams allegedly, carried in a vehicle a Ruger P95 handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, and said defendant had not been issued a current, valid FOID Card.

Bradley M. Richter, 26, of 308 W. Oak St., Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving on revoked license on or about Aug. 16 by St. Clair County sheriff. Richter allegedly, drove a red 2007 Fod F150 on Jefferson Road in Freeburg, while the defendant was under the influence of alochol and during a period in which the defendants driving privileges were revoked.

James D. Davis, 20, of 1930 Baker Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about Aug. 16 by Caseyville police. Davis allegedly, carried in a vehicle a SKS 7.62x36 rifle at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, and the said defendant had not been issued a current, valid FOID Card.

TUESDAY, AUG. 19

Christina l. Dangelo, 45, of 879 Boco Raton, 17 Drive, St. Peters, Mo., arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence on or abour Aug. 17 by Fairview Height spolice. Dangelo allegedly, drove a silver 2004 GMC Envoy on North Illinois St. in Fairview Heights, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol. The defendant had been previously committed the offense of Driving While Intocicated on Oct. 14, 2001 and committed Driving While Intoxicated on Oct. 3, 2006 both in Missouri.

Antione L. Dunigan, 26, of 1704 McCasland Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of domestic battery, subsequent and two counts of cause of child endangerment on or about Aug. 17 by East St. Louis police. Dunigan allegedly, made physical contact with Kayla Behrman, a family/household member, in that said defendant pulled Kayla Behrman by her legs; pushed her; knowingly caused the life/health of a female minor, date of birth, May 18, 2013, to be endangered in that said defendant threw a glass bottle, causing the bottle to break and strike the child. Defendant had been previously convicted of Domestic Battery on May 15, 2014.

Kimberly R. McManus, 36, of 2800 Buemger, Granite City, arrested on suspicion of driving on a revoked or suspended drivers license while under the influence of alcohol and obstructing identification on or abour Dec. 1, 2013 by Illinois State Police. McManus allegedly, drove a black over white 1992 Geo Metro on St. Clair Ave. at Rock Springs Road, St. Clair County, at a time when defendant's driver's license was suspended; knowingly furnished a false name to Scott Becker, a peace officer for the state of Illinosi who had lawfully detained said defendant.

Brian A. Hibbler, 20, of 1328 N. 44th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of cannabis with the intent to deliver on or about Aug. 18 by East St. Louis police. Hibbler allegedly, possessed with the intent to deliver more than 10 grams but less than 30 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Judith E. Bennett, 29, of 1405 Richard Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about Aug. 18 by O'Fallon police. Bennett allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O'Fallon, being infant formula, liquor, lighters and other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300.

Darryl J. Fleming, 54, of 1725 N. 47th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about Aug. 18 by O'Fallon police. Fleming allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O'Fallon, being infant formula, liquor, lighters and other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300.

Stanisha K. Tillman, 34, of 413 1st St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about Aug. 18 by O'Fallon police. Tillman allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O'Fallon, being infant formula, liquor, lighters and other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300.

Marquesha T. Clark, 37, of 785 N. 52nd St., East. St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and violating an order of protection on or about Aug. 17 by Swansea police. Clark allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly made physical contact with Jason Tutterow, in that she kicked Jason Tutterow in the knee knowing Jason Tutterow to be a peace officer performing his official duties; having been served with an order of protection, knowingly commit an act which was prohibited by the order of protection in that said defendant occupied a car with angela Roti, a protected party of said order of prtection, thereby being within 500 feet of Angela Roti.

Timothy D. Harmon, 36, of Burlington, Iowa, arrested on suspicion of possession or delivery or meth, and multiple warrant arrest by Swansea police.

Skylah C. Beach, 23, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of possession or delivery of methamphetamine by Swansea police.

Danyelle A. Walker, 26, of Granite City, arrested on suspicion of two traffic violation and warrant arrest by Fairmont City police.

Farrah A. Bramble, 37, of Smithton, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and traffic violation by Marissa police.
