The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, AUG. 29

Marcus L. Scruggs, 24, of 800 N. 39th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of escape on or about Aug. 20 by Miscellaneous agencies. Scruggs allegedly, who was convicted of the felony offense of Theft on Oct. 30, 2012, and who was conditionally released from the St. Clair County Jail, the supervising authority, through an electronic home monitoring detention program with the St. Clair County Probation Department, knowingly violated a condition of that program in that said defendant, without permission left his residence and his whereabouts are unknown.

James E. Bradford, 25, of 3706 Pontoon Road, Granite City, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis on or abour Sept. 16, 2013 by Collinsville police. Bradford allegedly, had in his possession more than 30 but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Leonard Ramirez, 22, of 801 Greenwood Place, Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis on or abour Feb. 9 th Collinsville police. Ramirez allegedly, had in his possession more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

John D. Patton, 38, of 157 Westwood, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving while driver's license is revoked, subsequent on or about Aug. 29 by Illinois State Police. Patton allegedly, drove a blue 1995 Buick LeSabre on Illinois 177 in Belleville, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and druing aperiod in which the defendan'ts driving privileges were revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of Driving While lIcense is Revoked on June 16, 2014.

Robert E. Mosley, 49, of 2711 Frank Scott Parkway, A, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about Aug. 28 by Belleville police. Mosley allegedly, entered into a building of Satinder Singh, doing business as Belleville Quick Stop, located at 7311 Old St. Louis Road, belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Christopher A. Riddle, 31, of 5533 Cotton Belt, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery to a peace officer and violation of order or protection on ora bout Aug. 29 by Centreville police. Riddle allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly made physical contact with Robert Sutton, in that he kicked Robert Sutton, knowing Robert Sutton to be a peace officer engaged in the performance of his authorized duties; having been served with an order of protection, issued by the Circuit Court of St. Clair County pursuant to the Illinois Domestic Violence Act on Aug. 22, didknowingly commit an act which was prohibited by the order of protection in that the said defendant entered the residence located at 5000 block of Cottonbelt, Centreville.

Rebecca L. Hettenhausen, 34 of 7 Grand, Apt. C, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of three counts of criminal sexual assault from between June 1 and Aug 31 by the Belleville police. Hettenhausen allegedly, committed criminal sexual assault with a female minor, date of birth March 6, 2005, who was under 13 years of age when the act was committed.

Shardea S. McKinney, 26, of St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Deanna L. Perkins, 45, of Granite City, two counts of driving under the influence, operating uninsured motor vehicle and two traffic violations by Illinois State Police.

Brandy A. Schneider, 38, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of three counts of endangering the life or health by Caseyville police.

John D. Patton, 38, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by St. Clair County sheriff.

Brady A. Walker, 34, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Brooklyn police.

Joshua M. Litteken, 27, of Freeburg, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Lamont L. Carter, 20, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by East St. Louis police.

Justin C. Sterling, 29, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and fleeing or attempting to elude the police by Belleville police.

Jonathan J. Parker, 26, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by Belleville police.

Reginald L. Buchanan, 57, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Cahokia police.

Andrew M. Parker, 26, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of endangering the life and health, driving under the influence, operating an unisured motor vehicle and no driver's license by Swansea police.

Christopher A. Riddle, 31, of Centreville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery by Centreville police.

Robert W. Cotton, 22, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Terrion D. Stevenson, 19, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by Cahokia police.

Jamall M. Jackson, 26, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Robert E. Mosley, 49, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of burglary by Belleville police.

Rebecca L. Hettenhausen, 34, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of predatory criminal sexual assault by Belleville police.

Chase A. Powers, 18, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated discharge of a firearm by St. Clair County sheriff.

Atha L. Ray, 39, of Quincy, warrant arrest b Alorton police.

Brian D. Pursell, 34, of Swansea, warrant arrest by Swansea police.

Neal A. Vogt, 24, of Waterloo, multiple warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Michael L. Brown, 48, of Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by St. Clair County sheriff.

Bryan L. Vonburg, 23, of Granite City, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Lloyd L. Stuart, 43, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by Swansea police.

Darryl S. Bell, 33, of St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Thomas C. McGrew, 35, of Troy, arrested on suspicion of violation of orders of protection by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jeffery L. Hickman, 44, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Stephen L. Russell, 30, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

James L. Gomiller, 53, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by St. Clair County sheriff.

Dustin J. Arnett, 36, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, operating uninsured motor vehicle and traffic violation by Illinois State Police.

Chanda R. Lee, 39, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of drivin gunder the influence, illegal transportation and traffic violation by Illinois State Police.

Efren P. Pacheco, 42, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of resisting, obstructing or disarming a police officer by Caseyville police.

Tina M. Pacheco, 39, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, operating uninsured motor vehicle and four traffic violations by Caseyville police.

Ayesha S. Russell, 32, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by St. Clair County sheriff.

Deandrew O. Snead, 30, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Centreville police.
