What is the top issue in your race, and how would you address it?
“Having run a successful business for 25 years and managing a one income household for 13 years, I know the importance of a budget? I am actively involved in passing the referendum in order to aid financing the district budgeting for: 1) Money spent on developing and improving curriculum; 2) Keeping or adding extra-curricular activities; 3) Cost cutting where possible. My vision is that the Granite City community strives toward the following goal; all students upon graduating from the Granite City School District are equipped with the tools to become a prepared, polite, prompt and productive citizen.”
