What qualifies you for this position?
“I have a proven history of achieving results and I will continue to bring that same level of commitment to the Village Board as an engaged and responsive trustee. During my time on the board, I have been instrumental in solving major drainage issues across the village and in addressing pedestrian traffic concerns. I am also a strong advocate for smart growth and economic development that attracts local investment without compromising Glen Carbon’s identity or our neighborhoods. I have an open-door policy and welcome all questions, concerns, or discussion about our village.”
What is the top issue in your race, and how would you address it?
“The most crucial issues facing Glen Carbon are ensuring smart and fair growth and maintaining a high level of service to residents at the lowest possible cost. The village will also be making some important infrastructure decisions in the near future — we must make certain that we carefully evaluate all investments and costs to make the best possible choice. I will continue to work with residents, the board and village staff to ensure that we balance short- and long-term needs, financial sustainability, and our community identity as we make these critical decisions.”
