ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8
Frederick D. Funches, 36, of 621 N. 73rd St., East ST. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of domestic battery, subsequent on or abour March 28 by Cahokia police. Funches allegedly, made physical contact with Shaquita Brownlee, a family/household member, in that said defendant pushed her; grabbed her by the neck. Defendant had been previously convicted of aggravated domestic battery on Feb. 5, 2010.
Euron C. Northington, 20, of 310 St. Kevin St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and obstructing a police officer on or about April 7 by Cahokia police. Northington allegedly, carried about his person a .38 caliber handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, and said defendant was engaged in a misdemeanor violation with cannabis; knowingly obstructed the performance of Roger Gemoules of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Euron Northington, knowing Roger Gemoules to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that he refused to stop for Roger Gemoules after being ordered to stop.
Branden A. Brown, 30, of 1763 Parkland Ave., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful failure to register as a sex offender, subsequent on or about March 3 by Cahokia police. Brown allegedly, a sex offender, knowingly failed to renew registration with the Chief of Police of City of Cahokia, within 90 days of last registration. Defendant had been previously convicted of failure to renew registration as a sex offender on May 15, 2014.
Laquesar Stringfellow, 26, of 229 Freedom Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of theft, subsequent on or about Nov. 6, 2014 by East St. Louis police. Stringfellow allegedly, took merchandise from Happy Wok, being U.S. currency, total value not in excess of $500. Defendant had been previously convicted of forgery on March 24.

Carmen T. Foggy, 22, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of endangering the life or health by St. Clair County sheriff.
Dammon P. Smith, 25, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
Mario T. Williams, 31, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis by East St. Louis police.
Deandre L. Hodge, 31, of Washington Park, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.
