The link here takes you to reports about the deaths of 12 unidentified children in Illilinois, as prepared by the Office of the Inspector General for the DCFS. The children could not be identified by reporters trying to bring their full stories to the newspaper. Do you recognize anything in their stories that could lead to a name or names?
