Lucas W. Vinyard, of Arlington Va., graduated from the United States Park Police Academy on May 17. He is the son of Byron Vinyard, of Steeleville, and Sam and Carol Mulholland of Tilden.
The Women of the Moose of Mascoutah, Chapter 392, recently sent 150 care packages to troops in Iraq. The group also gave 25 new stuffed animals to Memorial Hospital with 50 new children’s books to be given out to sick or scared children.
