Belleville East soccer standout signs with McKendree
Nicholas Staudenmaier, a senior at Belleville East, signed his letter of intent to play soccer with the McKendree University Bearcats, Monday, April 21.
While at East, Nick captained the JV and varsity squads his junior and senior years. He was named First String All-Conference, Sectional Honorable Mention, Belleville East All-Tourney Team, Team MVP, and O'Fallon Freshman All-Tourney team.
He also participated in the Senior Classic Invitational in DeKalb this past Fall. Nick is the recipient of a Presidential Academic Scholarship and a Legacy Scholarship from McKendree University.
His parents, Tony and Lisa Staudenmaier, of Fairview Heights, are McKendree Alumni.
