CINNAMON-SUGAR FRENCH TOAST BITES
1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Cut the crust off the bread and cut it into cubes.
Whisk eggs, milk and a pinch of salt together.
In a separate bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon powder with a whisk.
In a pan, melt butter.
Meanwhile, coat bread cubes with egg mixture and stir.
Sautè in pan and flip so each side is a bit browned.
Dunk into cinnamon sugar.
Dip into maple syrup and enjoy.
