MARSHMALLOW AND CHOCOLATE SWIRL CAKE MIX BROWNIES
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup unsalted butter
1 package chocolate cake mix

1/4 cup sugar
1 cup marshmallow creme
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8-by-8 inch baking pan.
In a pot over medium heat, melt butter and chocolate chips. Whisk the mixture frequently to prevent burning. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in sugar.
Add the eggs, and whisk well to combine fully.
Slowly add cake mix and continue mixing until combined.
Pour the batter into the greased pan, and gently swirl in the marshmallow creme.
Bake 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the brownies cool before serving. Makes 7 servings.
