BOOZY FROZEN LEMONADE
8 cups prepared lemonade, chilled
2 lemons, sliced
4 tablespoons sugar (optional)

1 cup limoncello, lemon vodka or lemon liqueur
Pour lemonade into 4 ice cube trays. Freeze.
One hour before serving, rim 4 wide-mouthed pint-sized Mason jars with lemon and sugar.
To prepare, blend frozen lemonade cubes in a hi-speed blender with limoncello. Add sugar if extra sweetness is desired. If mixture needs to be thinned, add a small amount of chilled lemonade until preferred consistency is reached.
Garnish with sliced lemon. Enjoy immediately. Makes 4 drinks.
