The retailer obviously has brought in some odd items I’ve never seen there before, including shiny kids animal banks, baby blankets and completely-out-of-season “Fashion Cashmere Touch” two-button capes for $19.99. These are actually fleece and come in about six colors. Tuck away for winter to keep you warm?
Opening: Nationwide retailer Dick’s is well under construction in Fairview Heights next to Fresh Thyme on Illinois 159 with a sign that says “Opening Soon.” Just what we need, another sporting goods store: Sports Authority closes. Sports Academy + Outdoors opens. You get my drift.
