President Donald Trump has announced his plans for his Missouri visit on Wednesday.
Trump will speak at the Loren Cook Company, which manufactures ventilation equipment, at 2:30 p.m. according to the Associated Press. He’s scheduled to leave Springfield, Mo., immediately after the speech, which the White House predicted would take about 30-45 minutes.
The speech is a closed event and no tickets will be available to the public, the AP reported. It’s aimed at promoting tax reform, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported. Trump is expected to encourage Congress to move forward on cutting tax rates and simplifying the tax code.
The Loren Cook Company is owned by a major Republican campaign donor, the Post-Dispatch reported. Since 2008, Loren Cook and Loren Cook II gave more than $24,000 individually to GOP candidates.
