Singer/songwriter Nora Payne allegedly went missing at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport her brother, Julian Payne, said in a Facebook post Wednesday.
The news was reported by The Chicago Sun-Times.
Nora Payne, who is a singer and songwriter who has worked with Michael Jackson, Brandy and Jennifer Lopez, has been missing since Sept. 27, according to her brother. Julian Payne initially said his sister flew on an American Airlines flight with a layover at Midway; but wrote a few days later that “we have narrowed her last city down to Chicago, O’Hare Airport.”
Nora Payne is 5-foot-7, about 115 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. She is a 44-year-old black woman.
Nora Payne co-wrote “You Rock My World” in 2001 and sang backup on Toni Braxton’s Grammy-winning “He Wasn’t Man Enough.” She released her first solo album in 2006.
