After lots of anticipation and a little bit of a delay, the Altitude trampoline park is now open in Glen Carbon.
The park is located at 91 Fountain Drive just off Illinois 157.
Operations manager Alex Boker said Monday he was “absolutely thrilled” the park was open.
“People were clamoring over this, so this is absolutely huge for the metro-east,” Boker said. “Edwardsville and Glen Carbon is a prime spot for (a trampoline park).”
Boker said a delay in opening was caused by some work inside the building that took longer to finish than expected. A foam pit is still under construction.
Hours at Altitude are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and noon to 8 p.m. Sundays.
They come in twos: Fairview Heights city officials announced Monday a Sky Zone park would locate there.
