Fast Nacht Ham Supper
The annual Fast Nacht Ham Supper at St. Jacob United Church of Christ will be Tuesday, Feb. 9 in Heritage Hall, with serving from 4 to 7 p.m. The cost is $9 for adults, $4 for children 4-12. Carry-outs are $9.

Year-end statements of giving for 2015 are on the table in Heritage Hall.
The pot-luck lunch and annual meeting will be at noon on Jan. 31.
The Youth Group is selling T-shirts. Order forms are on the table in Heritage Hall. Fill out the order form, and put money and the form in the offering plate.
The Youth Group will be going ice skating on Saturday, Jan. 30 at the Loading Dock in Grafton. They will plan to leave from church at 11 a.m. and stop for a quick lunch on the way. The kids will skate for a couple hours and then be back at church around 3 p.m. It is $10.50 to skate and $5 to rent skates. They are doing a coat drive, so if you bring a coat you get a free hot chocolate. Youth Group Members should let Dawn and Steve know if they are planning to go. Dawn and Steve will need a head count.
The Youth Group will also be sponsoring a church-wide rummage sale during the St. Jacob Yard Sale Weekend, May 5-7. As you are cleaning closets, etc. for the new year, please keep the kids in mind for their sale.

St. James Church to host trivia night
St. James Catholic Church in St. Jacob is sponsoring its fifth annual trivia night on Saturday, Feb. 27 at the St. Jacob Community Building, 108 W. 2nd St. Doors open at 6 p.m., and trivia starts at 7 p.m. Cost is $100 per team of eight.

Participants may bring own table snacks. Beverages must be purchased at the event. No outside drinks will be allowed.
Cash prizes will be awarded. There will be a 50-50 drawing and a special intermission game and a drawing for a Lottery tree. A silent auction will be held, featuring prizes donated by businesses and theme-based baskets donated by parishioners.
