HEALTHNET FEDERAL SERVICES
If you have a question about your TRICARE benefit or have questions about a medical bill, your first course of action should be to contact HealthNet Federal Services at (877) 874-2273. HealthNet will assist you with general benefits, claims/bills, eligibility, and enrollment questions. HealthNet can also explain your TRICARE plan options, change your PCM, provide a copy of your referral authorization, or help locate a network specialist.
If there is an issue that you cannot resolve through TOL or HealthNet, the 375th Medical Group has the answer.

Your local BCAC/DCAO is Robert Goodwin. He can advise you on how to navigate through TRICARE concerns when you run into stumbling blocks. His expertise spans TRICARE claims, bills from network providers, and appeals for denials and non-covered services.
