Maj. Taylor Todd, 458th Airlift Squadron, is this week’s 375th AMW “Showcase on ICE.” Todd was actively recruited to return to the C-21 to solidify the experience level in the Air Force’s only C-21 Formal Training Unit. He was immediately upgraded to Evaluator Pilot and placed in charge of the 458th’s Standardization and Evaluation office, responsible with ensuring every pilot is properly trained before they fly the 458th’s demanding mission in any capacity. He has continually innovated in the Stan/Eval office and developed electronic testing procedures for monthly examinations providing the ability to monitor testing completion in real-time. Todd spearheaded Air Mobility Command’s first transition to a 100 percent electronic flight bag, cementing the way forward for Mobility Air Force’s assets. Photo by Airman 1st Class Daniel Garcia
