Senior Airman Andrew Monroe, 375th Communications Support Squadron application developer, is this week’s “Showcase on ICE.” Monroe developed a more collaborative environment in his flight and his membership on a cross-functional team focused on the modernization of the software development lifecycle. Monroe was selected to act as the “voice” of the Airmen in the 375th Communications Group. He was specifically sought out to bring any questions, concerns, or comments from the junior enlisted to the Group Technical Director. Monroe demonstrated his devotion to excellence by being selected to serve as the lead trainer only one month after being assigned to the Base Honor Guard. His performance led to his winning Honor Guardsman of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2017.
