ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18
Darius D. Wilson, 33, of 214 St. Christopher Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery of a pregnant person on or abour March 4 by Lebanon police. Wilson allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly made physical contact with Jasmine Joshway, a pregnant person, in that he shoved Jasmine Joshway; slapped her in the face with an open hand.
Jason Shank, 36, of 120B Cinder Laen, Kuttawa, Ky., arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of cannabis on or about March 16 by Caseyville police. Shank allegedly, had in his possession more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substnce containing cannabis.
Jessica A. Hart, 29, of 1226 Ima Gene St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about March 16 by Caseyville police. Hart allegedly, had in her possession les than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.
Craig A. Aubuchon, 30, of 236 Richard, Dupo, arrested on suspicion of attempting to disarm a police officer, resisting a police officer and driving under the influence on or about March 13 by Cahokia police. Aubuchon allegedly, attempted to take a weapon, being David Heine’s service gun, from David Heine, a person known to him to be a peace officer, while David Heine engaged in the performance of his official duties, being booking of Craig Aubuchon; resisted the performance of Officer Eric Waszak and David Heine of an authorized act within their official capacities, bing the booking of Craig Aubuchon, knowing Eric Waszak and David Heine to be peace officers engaged in the execution of their official duties, in that he pulled away from the officers, fought with them, and refused to cooperate; drove a red 2004 Ford Mustang on Camp Jackson Road in Cahokia, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol.
Ronald J. Taylor Jr., 46, of 7927 Elton, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine on or about Dec. 15, 2014 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Taylor allegedly, had in his possession less than five grams of a substance containing methamphetamine; had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.
