ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
THURSDAY, MARCH 19
David M. Monroe, 40, of 304 Park Ave., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to residence while person was present, domestic battery, battery, and damage of property on or about March 18 by Belleville police. Monroe allegedly, entered and remained within the residence of M.H., located in the 300 block of Park Drive in Belleville, at a time when said defendant knew/had reason to know that one or more persons were present in that residence; knowingly made contact with M.H., a family/household member, in that said defendant grabbed her neck with both of his hands; knowing made physical contact with Anthony Ponder by grabbing him by the arm; knowingly damaged property, a storm door at the residence, said damage being that David Monroe punched the window of the storm door and broke the glass.
Parris M. Guyton, 43, of 920 Lynch Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful failure to register as a sex offender between Jan. 19, 2009 and March 19 by St. Clair County sheriff. Guyton allegedly, a sex offender, knowingly failed to renew registration in accordance with the provisions of the Sex Offender Registration Act, with the Chief of Police of City of East ST. Louis, within one year of last registration, the period of limitations being extended pursuant to Illinois Compiled Statutes, the last act being committed in March of 2015.
