ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 25
Kevin L. Rohr, 41, of 3928 Urbana Road, Millstadt, arrested on suspicion of two counts of violate stalking no contact orders, subsequent on or about Feb. 10 by St. Clair County sheriff. Rohr allegedly, having been served with contents of a stalking no contact order, did knowingly commit an act which was prohibited by the stalking no contact order in that said defendant placed a phone call to Kathryn Strong. Defendant had previously been convicted of violation of a stalking no contact order on Jan. 29.
Joseph M Chatman, 26, of 209 W. Elm Drive, Lenzburg, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about March 20 by Marissa police. Chatman allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.
Cornell W. Tribbett, 34, of 705 N. Illinois St., Belleville, arrested on suspciion of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver methamphetamine on or about March 23 by St. Clair County sheriff. Tribbett allegedly, possessed with the intent to deliver five grams or more but less than 15 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.
Ricky D. Davis, 47, of 705 N. Illinois St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of permitting the unlawful use of a building on or about March 23 by St. Clair County sheriff. Davis allegedly, allowed the use of real property, being the residence at 705 N. Illinois St., Belleville, which was within the defendant’s control, to help bring about a violation of the Methamphetamine Control and Community Protection Ace, being the unlawful delivery of methamphetamine.
Jeffrey Holmes, 33, of 1650 N. Park Drive, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of burglary and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon on or about March 18, 2014 by Washington Park police. Holmes allegedly, entered into a building of Eyad Mohammad doing business as the St. Clair Food and Liquor of Rockwood Color Pigments, located at 3793 St. Clair Ave., Washington Park, with the intent to commit theft therein; a person who has been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed about his person a .223 caliber handgun and the person has been previously convicted of robbery, a forcible felony, on Jan. 2, 2007.
