ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
TUESDAY, JULY 14
Cory A. Kotowski, 42, of 904 Wycliff, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful restraint, two counts of domestic battery, child endangerment on or about July 12 by St. Clair County sheriff. Kotowski allegedly, detained Eleanore N. Mann ins that he told her to go into a room in the residence located at 904 Wycliffe Court, Caseyville, and would not allow her to leave said room; knowingly made physical contact with Eleanore N. Mann, a family/household member, in that said defendant struck her on the chin with his head; pushed her causing her to fall to the floor; willfully caused the health of a female minor, date of birth, Jan. 5, 2013, a child under the age of 18 years, to be endangered in that said defendant pushed the mother of the child, while she was holding the child, causing the mother and child to fall, and thereby caused the child’s head to strike a laundry machine.
Jacob D. Steele, 24, of 108 Wallace Road, Dupo, arrested on suspicion of participation of methamphetamine manufacturing, unlawful possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials and unlawful possession of methamphetamine on or about July 1 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Steele allegedly, participated in the manufacture of more than 100 grams but less than 400 grams of methamphetamine, with the intent that methamphetamine or a substance containing methamphetamine be produced; knowingly had in his possession methamphetamine manufacturing material, being lighter fluid, lye, coffee filters, and Coleman fuel, with the intent that these materials be used to manufacture methamphetamine; had in his possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.
