ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
TUESDAY, JULY 28
Harold E. White, 28, of 318 Greystone Drive, Apt. 5B, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to a residence and criminal damage to property on or about July 26 by Belleville police. White allegedly, entered and remained within the residence of Tonya Ward, 503 Portland Ave., Belleville, at a time when said defendant knew or had reason to know that one or more persons were present in that residence; damaged property of Tonya Ward, a door, located at 503 Portland Ave., Belleville, with her consent, said damage was not in excess of $300.
Racqual R. Dailey, 19, of 200 Boismenue Drive, East Carondelet, arrested on suspicion of knowingly damaging property of Amanda Venus, a 2007 Pontiac G6 motor vehicle, located at 509 Wil Road, Dupo, without Amanda Venus’ consent, said damage in excess of $300.
Daniel Moore, 50, of 857 N. 75th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of false report of an offense on or about May 16 by Swansea police. Moore allegedly, transmitted to Sgt. Matthew Blomberg, a police officer for the Swansea Police Department, Swansea, a report that the offense of identity theft had been committed, knowing at the time of such transmission that there was no reasonable ground for believing that such offense had been committed.
Tyler M. Marler, 24, of 202 Evergreen Drive, O’Fallon, arrested on suspicion of burglary and possession of an amount of a controlled substance except on or about July 27 by Belleville police. Marler allegedly, entered into a building owned by Scott Guyon, located at 410 N. 4th St., Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein; had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.
Corey J. Heidelberg, 28, of 10 Lauralee Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, subsequent offense on or about June 13 by St. Clair County sheriff. Heidelberg allegedly, made physical contact with Harrison I. Smith, a family/household member, in that said defendant punched the head of Harrison I. Smith. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery on Sept. 27, 2012.

Melvin C. Davis, 21, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of resisting, obstructing, disarming the police by East St. Louis police.

Tameika T. Jackson, 34, of Florissant, Mo., arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
Breyon J. Robinson, 28 of Florissant, Mo., arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, improper use of registration, three counts of suspended or revoked driver’s license by St. Clair County sheriff.
