The Smithton Senior Center sponsored a "Memories of Elvis" show May 30.

Steve Davis, of Florissant, Mo., delighted the sold-out crowd with classic Elvis hits. He performed with Harry Simon, Ray Schulte, Michael Safron, Royle, Timothy J. Duggan, Darrein Safron and Thomas Hickey.

At the end of the show, the performers were presented stuffed animals, flowers and a standing ovation. The stuffed animals were donated to local charities. The money from the sale of flowers was donated to plant Bradford Pear trees at the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks, Mo.

The Smithton Senior Center coordinators for this the Memories of Elvis Show were Judy Castiller and Barb Wilson.
