IDOT to work on parts of Illinois 15 in East St. Louis

Lanes of Illinois 15 from Interstate 70 to north of Grand Avenue in East St. Louis will be closed for roadwork to be completed by November.

Traffic will be allowed in both directions, but parts of the road will be blocked off so workers may repair the pavement and resurface the existing roadway, according to an Illinos Department of Transportation news release.
