BND letter writer Leon Anderson is forever determined to have the last word. We’ll tolerate such tenacity since we did miss his snide letters when he stopped writing to pout after Barack Obama won the election for presidency. I guess he’ll pout again after Hillary Clinton wins in 2016.
How long must I wait before Anderson and his compatriots answer my question, which is: What alternative is there, besides war, if the treaty Obama is attempting to make with Iran doesn’t materialize?
Anderson claims experts have said the treaty will lead to Iran eventually possessing nuclear weapons. Isn’t it natural for Iran to want protection from nearby countries that already have nuclear weapons?
Anderson was wrong about Obama sending troops in harm’s way. It is Obama who has kept American ground troops from these wars. Anderson also said I call Republicans warmongers. If they aren’t, why does the Republican leadership support Obama only when he mentions kicking butts? I guess these leaders have watched too many John Wayne movies. Maybe that’s why I sort of like Republican Rand Paul, who isn’t yet a warmonger, but Republicans do change philosophies on a daily basis – that is, except on ways to drain the middle class.
Instead of Anderson fearing Obama’s treaty will provide Iran billions of dollars to sponsor more terrorists, he should be fearing the magic potion ISIS uses to lure European and American youths to join their cause.
