Did you ever notice that most of the people, like writer Gene Robke, who constantly use the word “racist” live in nice, quiet, safe, predominately white towns? I wonder why. I also wonder what Robke would call someone who votes for a man for president simply because he is black and who doesn’t even have the minimal qualifications for the job. Rather than reply to Robke’s rash, concocted, distorted, and ill-conceived list of officials, I have written him a nursery rhyme:
There once was a writer named Gene
Who got his information from a machine
At least that was his plan
Never miss a local story.
The data was so bad
Gene knew he had been had
He now gets his info from the garbage can.
Calling anyone who disagrees with them a racist is the last resort of those who are losing the argument.
