I was very thankful today for a kind letter and a $25 donation for dog and cat food for God’s homeless strays. Yes, I cried with joy. We will be able to buy one bag of dog food and one bag of cat food.
A kind lady, named Margaret, of Belleville said in her kind letter thanking me (us) for all the volunteer work we do for the dogs and cats that are homeless in Washington Park, she said she enjoyed my letters in the BND. You, we love you. God bless you. Happy Valentine’s Day and Happy St. Patrick’s Day.
As a police and fire commissioner for 18 years now and as a former village trustee and volunteer fireman for 14 years in Washington Park, my goal, one of my dreams, is to do our Dog Chapels of Jesus Christ and Cat Chapels of Jesus Christ in Washington Park and Collinsville. I am Santa Qualls all year long with our Tom Qualls Foundation for People and Animals, Wishing Well Ministry Outreach at 6103 N. Park Drive in Washington Park, IL 62204, 618-722-0348.
Back in the day I was on the advisory board for the Belleville News-Democrat. I thank BND for printing our letters and other letters of great concern coming from the heart. Please give a dog or a cat a good, warm, loving home. Vote for Democrats, Republicans, Independents that have our back. We won’t vote for snobs, only great people like Brendan Kelley.
Never miss a local story.
Happy Valentine’s Day. Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone. God bless.
