APEX SPEED-AGILITY-QUICKNESS -- The Athletic Therapy Center located at the Family Sportsplex in Belleville is offering a six-week A.P.E.X (Athletic Performance Enhancement eXercises) Speed, Agility & Quickness training program June 9-July 16. The program is for athletes wanting to improve speed, agility, quickness, power, strength, balance, stability and flexibility.
