Glaus making progress

Cardinals GM John Mozeliak said during the broadcast Monday night that injured third baseman Troy Glaus is responding to shoulder treatment and is ready to make the next step in his effort to get into game action for the first time this season.   Glaus passed strength tests needed to allow him to resume baseball activities. No timetable was given for the former All-Star third sacker's return.
