Fox sports Midwest has announced its 2012 Cardinals baseball which will feature 150 of the team's 162 games.
Of the games that aren't on the local pay television outlet, 10 are expected to be carried on National television, seen locally on KTVI 2 and ESPN.
If you can't wait until April for your Cardinals fix, FSM will broadcast five Grapefruit League spring training games, March 17 against Detroit, March 19 against Atlanta, March 20 against Houston, March 22 against Washington and March 24 against the Mets.
Starting Monday, FSM will show new Cardinals programming beginning with a Feb. 20 show about the team's visit to the White House in honor of the 2011 World Series victory that airs at 7 p.m.
On subsequent Mondays, the station will show a one hour special focused on former Manager Tony La Russa's World Series memories, a Hall of Famer round table discussion and a feature on 1980s Cardinals stars.
According to FSM, Cardinals broadcasts had the second-highest local market ratings in Major League Baseball for the 2011 season and they have ranked in the top three for 12 consecutive years. They're beamed to nine midwestern states.
