State's attorney reviewing cases after homeowners say they were victimized in tax sales
Thomas Gibbons, the Madison County state's attorney, is reviewing a list of 45 county homeowners who believe they were victimized by participants in property tax sales conducted by ex-county Treasurer Fred Bathon.
