Shrine hosts healing service

The National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows will host a Charismatic Mass and healing service at 7 p.m. June 13 at Christ the King Chapel, National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows, 442 S. DeMazenod Drive, Belleville.

Church offers camp for kids

A Super Active Christian Kids camp will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 16-18 for children in fourth through sixth grades at First United Presbyterian Church in Collinsville.

VBS takes kids to 'County Fair'

Hope Church, 200 Dapron Drive, Belleville, will host Vacation Bible School from 6 to 8 p.m. June 15-19.

The theme this year is "Son Harvest County Fair." There will be daily lessons, crafts, music, games; family night is June 19.

Six-week Bible study offered

A six-week Kerygma Bible Study, "Blessed Are You: The Beatitudes of Jesus in Scripture and Life," will be offered at 9:15 a.m. on Sunday and June 21, 28, July 5, 12, 19 at St. George's Episcopal Church, 105 E. D St., Belleville.

The Holy Eucharist will be celebrated at 8 and 10:30 a.m.

Kids can enjoy Wacky Wednesdays

Troy United Methodist Church is offering a kid's program, Wacky Wednesdays, at 6:30 p.m. beginning Wednesday in the fellowship hall at the church, 407 Edwardsville Road, Troy.

The program is open to children ages three 12 and runs through July 22.

Fairview church hosts ex-Cardinal

Kent Bottenfield, former St. Louis Cardinal all-star pitcher and now a Christian music recording artist, will perform at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at an outdoor concert event at Winstanley Baptist Church, 9471 West Highway 161, Fairview Heights.
