The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

TUESDAY, FEB. 17

Devion D. Gossett, 19, of 2500 N. 89th St., Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of unlawful possession with intent to deliver on or about Jan 20 and Jan. 26 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Gossett allegedly, delivered to a Special Agent #1 and Special Agent #2 more than 1 gram and less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Darnell C. Gossett III, 24, of 2500 N. 89th St., Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver and three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance on or about Feb. 12 and Jan. 20, Jan. 26 and Feb. 6 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Gossett allegedly, possessed with the intent to deliver more than 15 grams but less than 100 grams of a substance containing cocaine; delivered to Special Agent more than 1 gram and less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Anthony L. Clemons, 31, of 9008 Hillside Ave., Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of attempted aggravated arson, damaged property and criminal trespass to a residence on or about Feb. 12 by Fairview Heights. Clemons allegedly, with the intent to commit the offense of aggravated arson, performed a substantial step toward the commission of that offense, in that he poured gasoline throughout a house located at 9008 Hillside Ave., Fairview, knowing that Diamond Gaines was present therein; knowingly damaged property of Lynda and Gerald Wyatt, a house in Fairview Heights located at 9008 Hillside Ave., without their consent, by pouring gasoline over the floors of the house; knowingly and without authority remained within the residence of Leilani Buckley, located at 9008 Hillside Ave., Fairview Heights, at a time when said defendant knew or had reason to know that one or more persons were present in that residence.

Eric D. Smith, 36, of 2962 Wintergreen Drive, Florissant, Mo., arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving while driver’s license is suspended on or about Feb. 13 by Fairview Heights police. Smith allegedly, drove a white 2015 Chevrolet Equinox on North Illinois Street in Fairview Heights, while the defendant was under the inlfuence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant’s driving privileges were suspended.

Brandon M. Murphree, 21, of 114 N. Euclid Ave., Marissa, arrested on suspicion of aggravated arson on or about Jan. 21 by St. Clair County sheriff. Murphree allegedly, while committing an arson, knowingly damaged a two-story residence of Larry Kunkle being a two-story residence located at 301 S. Park St., Marissa, knowing that Larry Kunkle was present therein; while committing an aron, knowingly damaged a two-story residence of Sharon Kunkle being a two-story residence located at 301 S. Park St., Marissa, knowing that Sharon Kunkle was present therein; while committing an arson, knowingly damaged a two-story residence of Larry Kunkle being a two-story residence located at 301 S. Park St., Marissa, knowing that Andrew Kunkle was present therein.

Shanice A. Smith, 25, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Shiloh police.

Lakendra D. Macklin, 26, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Eric W. Krill, 53, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by Swansea police.

Tearez T. Rives, 34, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Shane P. Dayton, 25, of Marissa, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, illegal transportation and traffic violation by Illinois State Police.

Rashad A. McGlone, 30, of Florissant, Mo., multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Andrew J. Main, 43, of Hartford, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Antoine D. Johnson, 24, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery by Brooklyn police.

Branden L. Shannon, 29, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery by Brooklyn police.

Charles J. Rackhaus, 39, of Millstadt, arrested on suspicion of battery and assault by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jeremy K. David, 35, of O’Fallon, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, operating uninsured motor vehicle and traffic violation by Illinois State Police.

Devion K. Lumpford, 23, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery and multiple warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Shango K. Walker, 33, of Washington Park, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Dominic J. Liddell, 21, of Belleville, no FOID card by Belleville police.

Jacob J. Starek, 25, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Kemberly A. Hoerz, 28, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Terry R. Jones Jr., 42, of O’Fallon, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by O’Fallon police.

Sandra J. Gyon-Bauers, 39, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by Fairview Heights police.
