ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
TUESDAY, FEB. 17
Karla K. Peters, 56, of 700 N. 61st St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of retail theft, subsequent on or about Feb. 15 by Swansea police. Peters allegedly, took merchandise from Schnuck’s, 2665 N. Illinois St., Swansea, being bottles of alcoholic liquor, shrimp and ox tail, total retail value not in excess of $300; took merchandise from Walgreens, 2532 N. Illinois St., Swansea, being scarves, cards, tights and other merchandise, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft, subsequent on Feb. 14, 2006.
Sean M. Sayles, 33, of 5890 Clarita, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of violate absentee ballots on or about Sept. 27, 2012 and between Sept. 27 and Nov. 6, 2012 by St. Clair County sheriff. Sayles allegedly, not a voter, a spouse, parent, child, brother, sister of the voter or representative of a company engaged in the business of making deliveries to the election authority, unlawfully took an absentee ballot of the voter for deposit into the mail.
Early C. Crim, 49, of 415 Arthur St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of five counts of violation of orders of protection on or about Sept. 20, 2014, between Nov. 4 and Nov. 11, 2014, on or about Dec. 27, 2014, on or about Dec. 28, 2014, and on or about Jan. 7 by Belleville police. Crim allegedly, having been served with the content of an order of protection, issued on Aug. 5, 2014, knowingly committed an act which was prohibited by the order or protection in that said defendant made contact with Robin Caldwell, a protected party by mailing a letter to a Robin Caldwell at a protected residence; knowingly committed an act which prohibited by the order of protection in that said defendant made contact with Robin Caldwell, a protected party by mailing a letter to a Robin Caldwell at a protected residence; made contact with Robin Caldwell, a protected party by mailing a letter to Robin Caldwell at a protected residence; made contact with Robin Caldwell, a protected party by placing a telephone call to Robin Caldwell; made contact with Robin Caldwell, a protected party by placing a telephone call to Robin Caldwell. Defendant had previously been convicted of violation of an order of protection/subsequent offense on Oct. 2, 2014.

MONDAY, FEB. 16
Shekeia D. Davison, 19, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
Robert A. Harper, 50, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of probation violation and warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.
Brian M. Frame, 38, of Marissa, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver’s license, obstructing justice, traffic violation and mutliple warrant arrest by Freeburg police.
Frederick B. Rivoire, 42, of Swansea, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and operating uninsured motor vehicle by St. Clair County sheriff.
