8:06 a.m. Theft $500 and under — 600 block of North Illinois Street.

9:29 a.m. Aggravated battery — First block of Edwards Drive.

9:57 a.m. Disorderly conduct — Belleville Township High School East, 2555 West Boulevard.

10:07 a.m. Domestic incident — 200 block of South Jackson Street.

10:21 a.m. Disturbance — 3600 block of West A. Street.

11:55 a.m. Battery — Belleville Township HIgh School East, 2555 West Boulevard.

12:36 p.m. Identity theft — 200 block of North 46th Street.

2:24 p.m. Juvenile problems — Belleville Township High School West, 4063 Frank Scott Parkway.

3:15 p.m. Violation of orders of protection — 10400 block of West Main Street.

3:23 p.m. Aggravated battery — 800 block of Royal Heights Road.

1:41 p.m. Delivery of or possession with the intent to deliver cannabis — Town House Motel, 400 S. Illinois St.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, FEB. 19

Aabrial L. Johnson Jr., 21, of 802 Fisk Court, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Nov. 2, 2014 by Illinois State Police. Johnson allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Mario Taylor, 41,of 9615 Warren, Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon and two counts of domestic battery, subsequent on or about Feb. 22 by Washington Park police. Taylor allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony, possessed a pistol; possessed a revolver; made physical contact with Terika L. Box, a family/household member, in that the defendant grabbed her by the throat; pinned her against a door. The defendant had been previously convicted of aggravated battery, a forcible felony on May 25, 2000. The defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery on April 9, 1995.

Karen S. Tutor, 62, of 1213 Bristow Lane, Apt. #C, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about Feb. 21 by Belleville police. Tutor allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, 2068 Green Mount Commons Drive, Belleving, being denture cream and Tylenol, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft on Nov. 20, 2007.

Travis D. Schlegel, 24, of 514 Kiowa Drive, Naperville, arrested on suspicion of burglary and attempted burglary on or about Aug. 23, 2012 by Cahokia police. Schlegel allegedly, entered into a building of Ghassan Jaraba, doing business as Best Stop, located at 2001 Camp Jackson Raod, Cahokia, with the intent to commit theft therein; knowingly attempted to enter into a building of Mihirkumar G. Patel, doing business as Q Mart, located at 1616 Camp Jackson Road with the intent to commit theft therein.

MONDAY, FEB. 23

Stephen E. Norman, 26, of Dupo, arrested on suspicion of theft over $300 by St. Clair County sheriff.

Dearris D. Guthrie, 26, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

David D. Laprade Jr., 21, of Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of probation violation and warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Antoine L. Lewins, 30, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Shiloh R. Goodwin, 21, of Mascoutah, multiple warrant arrest by Mascoutah police.

Willie J. Brown, 41, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Mario B. Taylor, 41, of Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by Washington Park police.

Christian I. Grinston, 19, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Howard L. Adams, 45, of Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by Cahokia police.

Travis D. Schlegel, 24, of Naperville, arrested on suspicion of burglary by Cahokia police.

Karen S. Tutor, 62, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by Belleville police.

Keyanniona Tillman, 29, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, illegal transportation, driver and passenger seat belt violation and traffic violation by Illinois State Police.

Amanda G. Fenton, 37, of Collinsville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jonathan T. Franklin, 18, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Swansea police.

Travis L. Hamilton, 32, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.
