ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
TUESDAY, FEB. 24
Dearris D. Guthrie, 26, of 3236 Gross Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of cannabis on or about Feb. 23 by Illinois State Police. Guthrie allegedly, had in his possession more than 30 but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.
Michael A. Gorka, 25, of 1007 Bethel Mine Road, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer on or about Nov. 27, 2014 by Belleville police. Gorka allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, 2608 Greenmount Commons, Belleville, being a 46” Samsung flat screen TV, total retail value in excess of $300; while operating a motor vehicle, a gold 1998 Oldsmobile, was given a visual signal by a police office,r Wayne Keys, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said gold 1998 Oldsmobile to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer.
Mack Smith Jr., 33, of 1402 N. 53rd St., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of possession of contraband and aggravated battery on or about Nov. 14, 2014 by St. Clair County sheriff. Smith allegedly, possessed an item of contraband, a weapon, a red-colored plastic shank, in the St. Clair County Jail, a penal institution; in committing a battery, and by the use of a deadly weapon, a red-colored plastic shank, knowingly caused harm to Nathaniel D. Williams, in that he cut Williams above the right eye.

Dionte A. McDonald, 22, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis and warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.
Jarvis C. Leroy, 25, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of all other disorderly conduct and resisting, obstructing or disarming a police officer by East St. Louis police.
Rainy D. Tofpi-Barger, 43, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by Belleville police.
Robert L. Coleman, 23, of Granite City, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
