Crime blotter 3/30/15

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 4

Scott Smothers, 49, of 450 Cosmic Heights, Pacific, Mo., arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving on a revoked driver’s license on or about Jan. 29 by Caseyville police. Smothers allegedly, drove a maroon 1996 Ford Bronco on St. Clair Ave., in Caseyville, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant’s driving privileges were revoked.

Anthony M. Trammel, 42, of 505 Cooper Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful failure to register as a sex offender, subsequent and unlawful failure to report change of address as a sex offender, subsequent on or about Feb. 3 by Cahokia police. Trammel allegedly, knowingly failed to renew registration in accordance with the provisions of the Sex Offender Registration Act, with the Chief of Police of the City of Cahokia, within one year of last registration; knowingly failed to notify registering law enforcement agency of change of address in accordance with the provisions of the Sex Offender Registration Act, with the Chief of Police of City of Cahokia, within 3 days of change of his residence address. Defendant had been previously convicted of sex offender registration act, being unlawful failure to register as a sex offender on June 2, 2003.

Shannon J. Hood, 41, of 111 N. 2nd St., Dupo, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about Dec. 22, 2014, by Cahokia police. Hood allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, 1511 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, being a ratchet, a knife, pliers, and other merchandise, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft on March 29, 2012.

TUESDAY, MARCH 3

Nichole D. Duree, 35, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Shiloh police.

Aaron A. Little, 32, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of no registration, operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspened or revoked driver’s license and traffic violation by East St. Louis police.

Maceo A. Beckley, 23, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Kevin P. Ricks, 26, of Belleville, multiple warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Heather L. Kelly, 27, of O’Fallon, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by St. Clair County sheriff.

Frederick C. Mitchell, 26, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and warrant arrest by O’Fallon police.

Eric J. Daniel, 22, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Jeffery A. Stark, 27, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Swansea police.

Tondellaya M. Blackmon, 23, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Michelle J. Brock, 35, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery by Belleville police.

Blake A. Davis, 23, of Overland, Mo., arrested on suspicion of possession of drug equipment, driving under the influence and two traffic violations by Fairview Heights police.

Demarcus J. Ward, 35, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis, driving under the influence, suspended or revoked driver’s license, resisting, obstructing or disarming a police officer and traffic violation by Illinois State Police.

Willie R. Taylor, 58, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery by Belleville police.

Ontarious D. Mack, 43, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Kenneth W. Edwards, 32, of St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Christopher T. Davis, 37, of Jerseyville, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Deon A. Whittaker, 19, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis, illegal consumption by a minor, driving under the influence, operating uninsured motor vehicle and three traffic violations by Caseyville police.

Quentin M. Allen, 27, of Fairview Heights, warrant arrest by Alorton police.

Ontarious Q. Mack, 22, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary by St. Clair County sheriff.

Mark Henley, 48, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Latanya L. Young, 25, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by East St. Louis police.

Damon R. Hill, 45, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property and all other disorderly conduct by Belleville police.

William J. Bequette, 25, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Javon M. Davis, 33, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Belleville police.
