ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

THURSDAY, MARCH 5

William C. Kernan, 38, of 231 Wall St., Tilden, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Oct. 11, 2014 by Fairview Heights police. Kernan allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Desuray M. Kernan, 35, of 231 Wall St., Tilden, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Oct. 11, 2014 by Fairview Heights police. Kernan allegedly, had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Casey L. Vance, 28, of 310 Walnut St., Tilden, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence on or about Oct. 11, 2014 by Fairview Heights police. Vance allegedly, had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin; drove a red 2001 Mazda truck on Interstate 64 in Fairview Heights, while there was an amount of a drug, substance or compound in her breath, blood, or urine resulting from the unlawful use or consumption of heroin.

Joshau C. Anor, 18, of 2600 W. Main St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of criminal sexual assault between Feb. 25 and Feb. 26 and criminal sexual abuse between Feb. 17 and Feb. 18 by Belleville police. Anor allegedly, knowing that a female with initials N.H. and date of birth of Sept. 24, 1997, was unable to give knowing consent to a criminal sexual assault, while she was asleep; knowing that the female with initials V.J. and date of birth of Aug. 2, 1996, was unable to give consent, committed criminal sexual abuse, while she was asleep.

Christopher D. Ramirez, 19, of 11348 Southwest 158th Place, Miami, Fla., arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to government supported property and disorderly conduct on or about March 4 and 5 by Fairview Heights police. Ramirez allegedly, knowingly damaged, without the consent of the state of Illinois, the light fixture in Cell #4 of the Fairview Heights Police Department, located at 10027 Bunkum Road, Fairview Heights, which property is supported in part with City of Fairview Heights funds, said damage not in excess of $500; knowingly yelled and threw chairs into the pool at the Fairfield Inn, 140 Ludwig Drive, Fairview Heights, in such an unreasonable manner as to alarm or disturb Jeffrey Warfield, the Assistant General Manager of the Fairfield Inn and provoke a breach of the peace.

Andres Flores, 31, of 1979 Webster Circle, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful cannabis trafficking and unlawful possession with the intent to deliver cannabis on or about March 3 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Andres allegedly, caused to be brought more than 5,000 grams of cannabis into the state of Illinois for the purpose of delivering said cannabis in that said defendant obtained through the mail packages from the state of California that contained more than 5,000 grams of cannabis; knowingly possessed with the intent to deliver more than 5,000 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Lee T. Schwalbert, 27, of Barnhart, Mo., arrested on suspicion of two counts of driving under the influence and traffic violation by Illinois State Police.

Joey L. Austin, 31, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Timothy C. Grissom, 24, of Brooklyn, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Roderick L. Hall, 22, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of probation violation and multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Whitney N. Edwards, 21, of Centreville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Andres Flores, 30, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of delivery or possession with intent by Collinsville police.

Joshua C. Anor, 18, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of criminal sexual assault by Belleville police.

Periece L. Love, 24, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Caseyville police.

Lindsay E. Eiskant, 24, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of operating motor vehicle and suspended or revoked driver’s license by Caseyville police.

Devontae J. Matthews, 21, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of probation violation and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Brendon L. McIntyre, 32, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Gregory O. Jones, 51, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
