ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

THURSDAY, MARCH 5

Brendon L. McIntyre, 32, of 6906 W. A St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of retail theft on or about Jan. 11 and Jan. 24 by Fairview Heights police. McIntyre allegedly, took merchandise from Guitar Center, 79 Ludwig Drive, Fairview Heights, being a brown and white Ernie Ball Music Man Albert Lee Signature electric guitar, total retail value in excess of $300; knowingly took merchandise from Sears, being a Dewalt brand drills, total retail value in excess of $300.

FRIDAY, MARCH 6

Roderick P. Dewalt, 17, of 347 Range Lane, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon on or about March 4 by Centreville police. Dewalt allegedly, knowingly carried concealed on or about his person or in a vehicle a .22 caliber pistol at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, and the defendant was on real property of a school/public being the JTC Academy, located at 353 N. 88th St., Centreville.

Joshua K. Moss, 27, of 108 N. Bend, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of resisting a police officer on or about March 5 by Fairview Heights police. Moss allegedly, resisted the performance of Officer Tim Birckhead of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Joshua Moss, knowing Officer Tim Birckhead to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that he struggled with Officer Birckhead as Officer Birckhead attempted to arrest him, and the actions of the defendant were the proximate cause of the injuries to Officer Tim Birckhead’s right elbow and left little finger.

Taneisha M. Clark, 23, of 4617 Gusten Terrace, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about March 5 by Fairview Heights police. Clark allegedly, took merchandise from Pink, 286 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being a shirt and leggings, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft on June 14, 2010.

Leigh A. Alcorn, 28, of 1017 Union Ave., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving on revoked driver’s license on or about March 1 by Caseyville police. Alcorn allegedly, drove a red 2001 Ford truck on Illinois Route 157 in Caseyville, while there was an amount of a drug, substance or compound in her breath, blood, or urine resulting from the unlawful use or consumption of heroin; at a time when defendant’s driver’s license was revoked.

Crystal L. Miller, 27, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

James L. Nicholson, 43, of Bonne Terre, Mo., arrested on suspicion of two counts of driving under the influence and illegal transportation by Illinois State Police.

Darius W. Griffin, 24, of North County, Mo., warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Ronald K. Whittaker, 48, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Christopher T. Harris, 25, address unknown, arrested on suspicion of motor vehicle theft and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Pamela A. Conrad, 34, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Hattie M. Anderson, 54, of Florissant, Mo., arrested on suspicion of retail theft by St. Clair County sheriff.

Emmette E. Fenton, 21, of Collinsville, warrant arrest by Alorton police.

Joshua K. Moss, 27, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of resisting, obstructing or disarming the police by Fairview Heights police.

Travis A. Winters, 44, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Taneisha M. Clark, 23, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Brittany E. Cannon, 27, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by Fairview Heights police.

Willie J. Nichols, 49, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Patricia J. Larbalestrier, 30, of Park Hills, Mo., warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Sherrell M. Liggins, 36, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Demarko M. Montgomery, 23, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver’s license and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Stephen M. Thompson, 29, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of theft of $300 by St. Clair County sheriff.

SATURDAY, MARCH 7

Jessie E. Wilson, 52, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to a residence by Swansea police.

Kathryn Taylor, 38, of East St. Louis warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
