Crime blotter 4/4/15

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

TUESDAY, MARCH 10

Brandon R. Ferguson, 20, of 1842 Boismenue Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and domestic battery on or about Nov. 5, 2014 by O’Fallon police. Ferguson allegedly, in committing a battery, and while Tytianna T. Peoples was in the parking lot of the Drury Inn, located at 1118 Central Park Drive, O’Fallon, a public place of accommodation, knowingly made physical contact with Tytianna T. Peoples, int hat he threw her to the ground; knowingly made physical contact with Tytianna T. Peoples, a family/household member, in that said defendant threw her to the ground.

Terrance J. Smith Jr., 22, of 304 E. 5th St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer on or about March 10 by Cahokia police. Smith allegedly, while operating a motor vehicle, a gold 2008 Chevrolet Malibu, was given a visual signal by a police officer, Eric Waszak, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said gold 2008 Chevrolet Malibu to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and than when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, the defendant traveled at a rate of speed 21 mph over the legal speed limit; disobeyed two or more official traffic control devices, being stop signs; knowingly furnished a false name to Eric Waszak, a peace officer for the City of Cahokia, who has lawfully detained said defendant.

Michelle M. Towns, 26, of 41 Concord Drive, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of using forged credit/debit card on or about July 24, 2014 by Fairview Heights police. Towns allegedly, with the intent to defraud the issuer, First Community Bank, used a debit card, for the purpose of obtaining Cricket mobile services, total value not in excess of $300.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 11

David R. Madden II, 29, of 18 Keck Acres, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon and criminal damage to property on or about March 8 by St. Clair County sheriff. Madden allegedly, damaged property of Meg Nordike, a motor vehicle, a gray 2005 Toyota Scion, located at 18 Keck Acres, Belleville, without Meg Nordlike’s consent, said damage in excess of $300; knowingly damaged property of Meg Nordike, a motor vehicle, a gray 2005 Toyota Scion, located at 18 Keck Acres, Belleville, without Meg Nordike’s consent, said damage in excess of $300.

Katrena L. Jennings, 34, of Fairview Heights, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Cornelius A. Wallace, 23, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of reckless discharge of a firearm by East St. Louis police.

Steven S. Reeves, 22, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of battery by East St. Louis police.

Tina M Smith, 35, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Terrell D. Sims, 23, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Lakasha N. Towns, 23,of Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of harassment by telephone by St. Clair County sheriff.

Adisa J. Smith, 21, of Belleville, multiple warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Carla M. Clark, 31, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Deborah D. Larue, 54, of Muscatine, Iowa, arrested on suspicion of battery by St. Clair County sheriff.

Chase M. Eddings, 26, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary by Cahokia police.

Terrance J. Smith, 22, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of fleeing or attempting to elude the police and multiple warrant arrest by Cahokia police.

Zachary S. Hoese, 23, of O’Fallon, arrested on suspicion of theft over $300 by O’Fallon police.

Thenisha L. Sanders, 23, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of improper use of a registration, suspended or revoked driver’s license and traffic violation by Caseyville police.

Amy L. Brueggemann, 43, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery by Belleville police.

Jermany Rickman, 28, of Madison, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by St. Clair County sheriff.

Kendall J. White, 31, of Alton, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Patrick T. Brown, 29, of Decatur, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Nasha M. Pitts, 25, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
