WOMEN’S ACHIEVEMENT: The Rotary Club of Belleville and Belleville News-Democrat honor young women at Belleville high schools who have excelled in community service, academics and the arts at the 2015 Young Women of Achievement Awards at 7 p.m. April 13 at Bellecourt Manor, 225 E.
