What qualifies you for this position?

“I have developed organizational skills and the ability to work with many different people, bringing them together to make things happen. I have a worked with other cities and experienced different types of city dynamics. My career is in banking and lending, and I bring a level of professionalism that is lacking on the council today. I have held leadership roles in most of the organizations I have served. As someone with an extensive knowledge in real estate and a homeowner in Ward 3 for the past 29 years, I understand property values and the importance of quality of life. I am a member of Rotary whose motto is ‘service above self’ and founder of Miracle League who believes everyone has a right to be part of the team.”

What is the top issue in your race, and how would you address it?

“Keeping property values and quality of living high. Fight to keep city tax abated. Focus groups to give voices to experts and community support on all issues. Making sure the residents know who their alderman is. Bringing professionalism and integrity back to the council. Keeping the concerns of Ward 3 in front of the council. Informing residents of issues on the agenda so they have a voice. Working together as a team so that things get done and projects complete. Allowing all residents a chance to be heard.”
