ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
MONDAY, MARCH 16
Jimmy L. Bootchee, 20, of 1646 2nd St., Madison, arrested on suspicion of robbery, false report of offense, possession of an amount of a controlled substance, retail theft and aggravated assault on or about March 13 by Fairview Heights police. Bootchee allegedly, took property, being earrings, jacket and assorted children’s clothing from the presence of Shaun Weigand, acting as an employee of Kohl’s Department Store, by threatening the imminent use of force; knowingly transmitted to the 911 operator Gared Runyan, with the O’Fallon Dispatch Center, a report that a robbery with shots fired was in progress at the Moto Mart, knowing at the time of such transmission that there was no reasonable ground for believing that such offense had been committed; knowingly and unlawfully had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine; knowingly took possession of certain merchandise being earrings, jacket and assorted children’s clothing offered for sale in a retail mercantile establishment, Kohl’s Department Store, Fairview Heights, total retail value not in excess of $300; knowingly, while Shaun Weigand, was on the parking lot of Kohl’s Department Store, a public way, pointed a can of mace at Shaun Weigand, thereby placing Shaun Weigand in reasonable apprehension of receiving a battery.

Kirk A. Foster, 22, of 806 N. 39th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of three counts of domestic battery on or abour FEb. 19 by St. Clair County sheriff. Foster allegedly, made physical contact with Brishai Conrad, a family/household member, in that said defendant punched her in the nose with his closed fist; picked her up and slammed her body onto the pavement casing her head to hit the pavement; slammed a car door on her hand. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery on Dec. 14, 2012.
Kenjuan I. Holman, 35, of 7 Godier Drive, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving while driver’s license is revoked, subsequent on or about March 14 by St. Clair County sheriff. Holman allegedly, drove a gray 2008 Chrysler Charger on St. Clair Avenue in East St. Louis while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during aperiod in which his driving privileges were revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of driving while license is revoked on Aug. 9, 2012.
Kordale A. Cotton, 22, of 6 Lakeland Blvd., Swansea, arrested on suspicion of unlawful failure to report as a sex offender between FEb. 2 and March 15 by Swansea police. Cotton allegedly, a sex offender, knowingly failed to report to registering law enforcement agency, in accordance with the provisions of the Sex Offender Registration Act, with the Chief of Police of Swansea, on a weekly basis, as the defendant lacked a fixed residence at the time of this offense.
Elijah M. Gantt, 18, of 5400 Central Ave., Centreville, arrested on suspicion of robbery and aggravated battery on or about March 14 by Centreville police. Gantt allegedly, took property, being a pocket knife, from the person of Michael Hill, by the use of force; in committing a battery, and while Michael Hill was on 5512 Church Road, Centreville, a public way, knowingly caused harm to Michael Hill, in that he struck and kicked him about the body with his hands and feet.

MONDAY, MARCH 16

Jessica A. Hart, 29, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Caseyville police.
Casey M. Hart, 24, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and warrant arrest by Caseyville police.
Evette Robinson, 43, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
Elizabeth A. McNeil, 29, of Centralia, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.
William J. King, 52, of Marissa, warrant arrest by Marissa police.
Jacobo Berman-Del Angel, 29, of O’Fallon, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver’s license by Fairview Heights police.
Derrick M. Jackson, 23, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
James V. Rose, 40, of Swansea, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
Stacey T. Hannah, 40, of Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of unlawful restraint by Fairview Heights police.
James B. Scott, 27, of Belleville, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
Jared A. Coss, 22, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by Belleville police.
Jennifer R. Austin, 26, of Kansas City, Mo., arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine by St. Clair County sheriff.
Christopher M. Fiedler, 39, of Freeburg, arrested on suspicion of probation violation and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
