ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
THURSDAY, APRIL 9
Ladarcus J. Ford, 19, of 216 Victoria Drive, Millstadt, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about March 28 by Swansea police. Ford allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly and by means of discharging a firearm caused an injury to Creighton Adams in that said defendant shot Creighton Adams in the arm with a firearm.
Hosea B. Crogier Jr., 22, of 1715 N. 17St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery on or about April 8 by Swansea police. Crogier allegedly, while armed with a dangerous weapon, a firearm, knowingly took property, being U.S. currency from Udayanath Ambegoda, by threatening the imminent use of force.
Demarken K. Cobbs, 25, of 5918 Mitchell St., B, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about April 8 by Cahokia police. Cobbs allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, 1511 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, being assorted t-shirts, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of theft on June 21, 2012.
Willie H. McLemore, 28, of 404 N. 27th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of cannabis on or about April 6 by St. Clair County sheriff. McLemore allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 rams of a substance containing cocaine; had in his possession more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.
Tiffany A. Morris, 26, of P.O. Box 145, East Carondelet, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about April 8-9 by St. Clair County sheriff. Morris allegedly, possessed with the intent to deliver less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine; had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.
Alvin E. Williams IV, 29, of 1401 N. Illinois St., 20, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, criminal trespass to a residence, two counts of domestic battery and battery on or about April 6 by Swansea police. Williams allegedly, in committing a domestic battery, strangled Kristina Wallace, a family/household member, in that said defendant intentionally impeded the normal breathing/circulation of blood by apply pressure to Kristina Wallace’s throat or neck; knowingly and without authority remained within the residence of Lisa Wallace, 123 Brackett St., at a time when said defendant knew/had reason to know that one or more persons were present in that residence; knowingly made physical contact with Kristina Wallace, a family/household member, in that he grabbed her by her neck using both of his hands; grabbed her by the arm; made physical contact with Lisa Wallace, in that he spit in her face.
