Costco Slashes Prices on Kirkland Favorites—Save Up to $10 Each
When it comes to grocery shopping, it feels as though household staples and family favorites get pricier and pricier by the week—but Costco’s doing what they can to remedy this phenomenon. During a recent earnings call, Costco leadership revealed that a handful of their most coveted items had seen price reductions as great as $10. Costco’s Kirkland Signature brand snacks, sporting goods and more products saw price drops that rival their competitors, and this show of good faith has Costco shoppers feeling satisfied with their loyalty to the brand. Here, a look at which items are now on sale for less.
The Kirkland Signature products on sale
Shopping at Costco can certainly add up, trip after trip. For starters, depending on which tier you’re part of, you’ll pay at least $65 per year in fees for a Gold Star membership. And if you splurge on an Executive membership? Your Costco entry will cost you $130 per year. While these memberships do, of course, come with a variety of perks, on top of the annual fee, it’s hard to get through a single Costco trip without dishing out at least $100. That being said, Costco is doing what it can to give its shoppers a little bit of love by slashing the prices on a few of its popular products.
The Kirkland Signature Crispy Wings are a staple on football Sundays, perfect for backyard barbecues, and with the World Cup nearly here, essential for watch parties. The best part? The price for a bag of these wings has dropped from $16.99 to $14.99.
If you consider yourself a late-night snacker, Kirkland Signature Milk Chocolate Almonds check all the boxes. Crunchy, sweet and satisfying, it’s easy to down half a bag in front of the TV—but for $19.99, enjoying them has become a splurge. Though they’ve only dropped by a dollar, now costing $18.99, any little bit helps.
If you’ve got a golfer in your life, there’s no need for them to go digging in the bushes for spare balls when Kirkland Signature Golf Balls have just dropped from $32.99 to $29.99.
And one thing folks are sleeping on? Costco’s home goods! Plates and dishes for your kitchen, pots and pans and even mattresses fill this warehouse, but one thing in particular that shoppers love are the Kirkland Signature King Size Sheets. Now, you can get them for $79.99 as opposed to their former price of $89.99.
Whatever you might be shopping for, knowing that your favorite stores have your best interest at heart makes the shopping experience entirely different. Next time you’re cruising those warehouse aisles, you can feel good knowing you’re getting quality products at prices that respect your hard-earned money.
