Belleville concert to benefit Community Interfaith Food Pantry

The "Food-Stock Concert" will take place at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, March 4, at St. Paul United Church of Christ, 115 West B St., Belleville. Entry to the concert costs either canned goods or a donation to the Community Interfaith Food Pantry.

Music will be provided at the concert by bands and choirs from St. Paul United Church of Christ, St. Teresa Catholic Church and Peace Lutheran Church.

National women's conference in O'Fallon

The Fresh Grounded Faith, a national ministry for women, will have a conference March 16 and 17 at First Baptist Church, 1111 E. Highway 50, O’Fallon.

The event will feature Bible teacher Jennifer Rothschild, author and speaker Angie Smith and worship leader Michael O'Brien.

Host churches for the event include O'Fallon First United Methodist Church, Faith Lutheran Church of O'Fallon, St. Matthew United Methodist Church of Belleville, Tower Grove Baptist Church of St. Louis, Grace Church of Fairview Heights, First Baptist Church of Carlyle, Shiloh United Methodist Church and Crosspoint Church of O'Fallon.
